Life update! 🤍

Today marked the final day of my clinical rotation in my dietetic internship—bringing me one step closer to becoming a Registered Dietitian! I’m so incredibly grateful for the knowledge, growth, and hands-on experience I’ve gained over the past few months in the hospital setting. Being part of direct patient care has been such a meaningful and rewarding experience, and it’s only deepened my passion for this field.

A huge thank you to the amazing clinical Dietitian team at Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare for welcoming me, mentoring me, and sharing so much of their knowledge along the way. I couldn’t have asked for a better group to learn from!

So honored to be crowned your Miss Northeast Florida 2026! Growing up in Northeast Florida makes this title incredibly special, and I’m beyond excited to represent this community at Miss Florida this June! Grateful for the opportunity to grow, serve, and make a meaningful impact in the community that shaped me, alongside such a wonderful organization and some truly amazing women. Today is a reminder that it’s okay to not be okay. You don’t have to carry your pain in silence. For a long time, I did. I was battling my eating disorder, the deadliest mental illness, behind closed doors. But sharing my story has shown me the power of speaking up and the beauty that comes from allowing others to support you.

If you had told me years ago that one day I’d hold two degrees in nutrition, live in freedom around food, and be able to educate and empower others to do the same, I wouldn’t have believed you. But today is a testament to the idea that recovery is possible.

Please remember to be gentle with yourself and kind to others. Everyone is carrying battles you can’t always see. We’re all doing our best, even on the days it doesn’t feel like enough.

If you’re struggling, reaching out for help is not a weakness, it’s an act of courage💛

Their sacrifices have allowed us to live in a nation full of opportunity, which I will forever be grateful for. Happy Memorial Day, and may we honor these heroes not just today, but everyday. ❤️

This account sure has some catching up to do! So many exciting things have happened since I last got the chance to update y’all, including orientation! It was wonderful getting to see familiar faces as well as so many new ones. We got to share all the exciting news leading up to the pageant and have a red carpet introduction. More pics to come so stay tuned to see what all us Miss North Florida Queens have been up to! ❤️❤️
