Hi, I’m Emma Manthos — a nutrition professional, Division I football fueling specialist, dancer, and Miss Northeast Florida
I hold both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Dietetics, and I’ve spent years working hands-on in collegiate athletics, food service, and wellness education. From preparing recovery fuel for elite athletes to advocating for eating disorder awareness, my work is rooted in one belief:
Food should support your life — not control it.

Miss Northeast Florida
As a three-time Miss Florida local titleholder, I use my voice to advocate for wellness, mental health, and eating disorder awareness.
My Community Service Initiative focuses on early intervention, education, and empowered recovery — especially for young women and athletes navigating pressure and performance.
Behind the scenes, pageantry mirrors much of my professional life: discipline, preparation, confidence, and service. It’s where advocacy meets action — and where glamor supports something far deeper.
My goal in creating this website is to share my story and mission for wellness in all aspects of our lives
